Heavy lifting where downtown meets uptown
I spent Sunday morning photographing the task of placing 140,000-pound beams across Woodall Rodgers Freeway in Dallas. The beams that now span the north and south side of the freeway will be the foundation of the Woodall Rodger Deck Park, and will connect downtown Dallas with uptown.
